Housing reconstruction

Because of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, a significant number of residents of the city of Mariupol were left without housing and were forced to move to other regions of Ukraine.

Housing for 1000 families in 8 months

To solve the problem, the fund created the ReCITY project, within the framework of which it will rebuild permanent housing for IDPs.

The goal is 40 cities on the territory of Ukraine, each of which is designed for 1,000 families.

STEP 1 - BUILDING A SMART CITY

About 200,000 people will receive free permanent housing in one of the cities.

In order to provide housing and jobs to the victims of the aggressor's actions, in particular the residents of Mariupol, the concept of building residential and industrial locations was created.

For the successful implementation of projects, the charitable foundation has collected the best ecological and innovative technological solutions from around the world. The world's leading partners are working on their implementation.

The reconstruction of cities will be carried out by a group of companies of the division of the BUILDING GROUP fund.

STEP 2 - BUILDING AN INDUSTRIAL HUB AT EACH SMART CITY

A full return to the daily life of internally displaced persons is possible only if they have confidence in the future. This requires the expansion of the town's ecosystem to the creation of an accompanying industrial park, which will be able to provide residents with permanent jobs, and the town with its own production.
