Український благодійний фонд «Відбудуємо нашу Україну» був створений від початку повномасштабного вторгнення як відповідь на виклики війни та потребу допомагати людям у найскладніших умовах.
The founder of the foundation is Oleg Klenin, a native of Mariupol, whose name is well known in the city and whose personal story is inseparably connected with this war.
The tragedy of Mariupol became the driving force that led Oleg Klenin to unite leading national and international partners around the foundation and begin systematic work aimed at rebuilding Ukraine.
The mission of the foundation is to create a full-scale investment platform for rebuilding Ukraine through the development of new modern urban quarters, the return of Ukrainians to their homeland, and the nationwide scaling of this model.
The Rebuild Our Ukraine Foundation has initiated the Mariupol Quarter project as a practical model of post-war recovery: not temporary housing, not a modular settlement, but a fully functional urban environment where people receive a home, jobs, services, education, healthcare, and the opportunity to build their future on their native land.
Our strategic goal is to bring together government partners, international donors, private investors, local communities, and businesses to create new residential and infrastructure-based quarters across Ukraine.
Mariupol Quarter is a pilot model that can be scaled to other regions of the country with the participation of all interested government, civic, and private partners.
The foundation’s core area of activity is the creation of a decentralized water supply system in Ukraine, providing people with access to clean drinking water. To implement this project, the foundation is developing a long-term business model with the involvement of investors and international partners.

The foundation is not creating just another housing project — it is creating a new model for Ukraine’s recovery. People return home. The state gains an instrument for demographic renewal. Investors receive a long-term infrastructure asset. Ukraine gains a scalable mechanism for national reconstruction.
