The “Rebuild Our Ukraine” Foundation is launching the “Mariupol Quarter” project!

We are creating a modern residential community specifically for people from Mariupol who were forced to leave their hometown because of the war.

This is more than just a roof over your head – it’s a whole new environment for living, studying, starting a business, and rebuilding the future of the entire country.

Location: Kyiv region, Blystavytsia village
Area: 20 hectares

Concept:
– 5-story residential buildings
– Commercial spaces on the ground floors
– A university campus
– Autonomous systems: water, heating, power, and waste management
– Green areas and recreational spaces

At the first stage, we have already launched:
✅ Geodetic, hydrogeological, and legal assessments of the site
✅ Urban planning analysis and securing all planning conditions and constraints
✅ Development of the master plan and architectural concept
✅ Preparation of the feasibility study (FS)
✅ Initial work on the business plan and financial model
✅ Planned environmental review and environmental impact assessment
✅ A team of architects, lawyers, and engineers has already started obtaining all necessary permits

🎯 Our goal is to create a self-sustaining and fully energy-independent neighborhood that will become a true home for hundreds of families, a platform for training new specialists, reviving communities, and growing businesses.

We are now actively preparing negotiations with investors, international foundations, and government agencies to move to real construction.
